The family of Heathus is trying to distance themselves from Janet Fife-Yeomans’ Heath: A Family’s Tale, calling some of the unauthorized biography’s assertions, like that Ledger suffered from bipolar disorder, “grossly inaccurate.”
In a statement, the Ledger family says:
The book contains gross inaccuracies, false allegations (against Kim Ledger) and many incorrect and unsubstantiated comments about Heath in his youth, provided by estranged family members and some people who had little to do with Heath’s life.
Further, Fife-Yeomans has no right to infer that we (as Heath’s family) in any way authorised this book.
We have never contributed to or authorised any publications about our son.
Fife-Yeomans is sticking to her guns, as she got her information from Heather’s estranged uncle, Haydn.
But, Haydn’s proved to be a wild card since his nephew’s death, with his brothers Kim and Mike warning former fiance Michelle Williams and her father Larry to not trust him.
Just let him rest in peace!

A female-dominated audience drove Twilight’s opening weekend to among the biggest in Hollywood history: a $70.6 million Friday-Sunday gross, per studio estimates.
“This is a game-changer. This is an industry-changing performance,” Exhibitor Relations analyst Jeff Bock said today. “With the success of Sex and the City, and Mamma Mia!, we’ve awoken a sleeping giant at the box office.”

Jamie Foxx says he wants to be the first black James Bond.
The Oscar-winning actor would jump at the chance to portray the suave British spy.
He said: “Of course I’d take the role. I’d put a little swing in it. A little hip-hop, you know.”
Foxx insists he would have no problem perfecting his British accent, and he wouldn’t be afraid to suggest some changes for the role.
He said: “Maybe I wouldn’t be drinking martinis, but drinking some Hennessey maybe. My Bond would drink dark liquor.”

Three days after Jodie Sweetin filed for legal separation from her husband Cody Herpin, her agent tells People that the actress is “trying to remain positive for Zoie,” his 7-month-old daughter.
“Her attention to the child,” agent Alex Stella said on Saturday. “Jodie’s Got a great support system in her family and friends, and she thinks that is better for it.”

Chris Brown was a great victory for the American Music Awards on Sunday night, surprised myself the most.
“I do not know what to say. I would have given him Coldplay”, said Brown, who won artist of the year, male pop / rock artist and male soul / R and B artist.
Kanye West, was still a patient loses in the male rap / hip-hop artist last year, won the trophy this time - said Lil Wayne deserves it more.
“I want to give this award Wayne,” he said. “Whereas in the past year, it would be my reward.”
It was the second West trophy at night, after his victory in the rap / hip-hop album for graduation.
“It is our duty as musicians insist music to the extent it did in the 60th and 70’s,” he said. “I want to be Elvis.”

Maybe Britney Spears was just waiting to die down, madness and music to display.
Popster, who chose to remain absent from what turned out to mistrial on an invalid license charge, and most of this year’s conservatorship hearing in court Friday to talk business related to the father Jamie Spears control over her assets, namely its plans hit the road.
“There is not much I can tell you about it”, a court representative Allan Parachini said during a brief press conference afterwards. “There was discussion of Ms. Spears immediate future business plans. Especially on tour in support of his album”.
Conservatorship, signed off on 1 February, when Britney was hospitalized briefly in the psychological evaluation, was standing in the last month, meaning her camp will file a separate petition to extract itself from this arrangement.
Today’s hearing at the heart of Los Angeles was certainly not named, however, to address changes in the conservatorship arrangement, Parachini added.
“No, it does not produce. I have been asked a couple if you aim of today’s hearing is to express the desire for change in the state of conservation. No, she did not raise that. It didn have to prepare.
